Our history
Jalisco in Mexico, one of the most recognized states in the world, is said to be the soul of the country due to the
birth of mariachi, charrería, and most importantly, tequila! In
the highlands of Jalisco is the treasure of tequila thanks to
it´s elevation and different type of red soil that helps
reproduce smoother tequilas some examples would be
Herradura, Patron, Centinela, Termana, and Tequila Ocho.
Jesus Maria, Jalisco founded in 1530 east of Guadalajara by the
Spanish and previously called Barranca de Viudas.
Tequila Campo Azul, which means a field of blue, was founded in this small
town in 1960, and in 2014 our business with the same name was
born. We are proud to be natives of this beautiful town, and to
be able to share with you our history, roots, and culture.
